For some reason, the service department had problems with the paperwork on the day of servicing my Passat 2022. I was promised to receive an email the following Monday in regard to the service that was done the paperwork on the day of servicing my Passat 2022. I stopped at the Volkswagen Dealership in Coachella to get a copy of the paperwork that was promised to me. I had to wait again for the paperwork. This was my second oil change on a new vehicle that was being leased with the option to buy. Approximately 20,000 miles for a second oil change. I thought I was supposed to get my tires rotated for free according to what was sold to me when I purchased this vehicle. Apparently, the dealership has changed ownership. My first oil change was not like this, and I got my paperwork when the service was completed. I probably won't go to this Volkswagen dealership for the servicing of my vehicle in the future. I had to get my a/c looked at. 4000 miles on the car and it took 3 visits until it was, so far working.
