I have been incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received. We made an appointment at 8:30 am to fix a computer issue with the lane departure and a detail which was not done when we purchased the veh received. We made an appointment at 8:30 am to fix a computer issue with the lane departure and a detail which was not done when we purchased the vehicle. It was kept overnight and the following day we called to inquire about our vehicle since no one bothered to follow up. The service representative was unhelpful. We requested a loaner vehicle and it was denied even after we shared that we have a young child and our cars AC was not working. Also so service advisor told me that it would be better if I go pick up the vehicle and make a later appointment for a technician to be available. I told him what was the point of us making an appointment weeks in advance. At the end our mechanical issue was not resolved due to a software update not being available. No communication or follow through to date on when it will be corrected. I wonder if it was even checked? I remain incredibly annoyed with the persistent buzzing in me car. I hope that a resolution is found soon. More
