I can't express enough how much I appreciate Kevin's commitment to making sure my Beetle was 100% fixed and ready to drive back to Phoenix. He dealt with my car's seemingly never-ending car issues for o commitment to making sure my Beetle was 100% fixed and ready to drive back to Phoenix. He dealt with my car's seemingly never-ending car issues for over a month, fielding new issues every week. He never made me or my car feel like a nuisance and instead patiently offered cost-effective solutions to each problem until finally my Beetle was ready to take home. I'm grateful that after a scary breakdown in the middle of the desert, I had Kevin in my corner to help me. Please give this man a raise. As much as I appreciate Steve's work on my car, I think he needs some training in empathetic communication as he was incredibly rude from the beginning of our first phone call. Yikes. More
