I’ve been bringing my Dodge vehicle to Clovis Dodge for service since 2016. Very friendly staff, and excellent customer service, I have not had any issues other than some parts that were on back order, and service since 2016. I was told over the phone they would honor my lifetime oil changes through lithia. I got there on day of appointment no one told me anything different, when the work was done then I was told no you owe us oil changes through lithia. Terrible experience here back in 2017. We went to test drive a vehicle and was met with “Captain Jack”. We went on the test drive, which we explicitly explained is all we were going to do at the time. The drive a vehicle and was met with “Captain Jack”. We went on the test drive, which we explicitly explained is all we were going to do at the time. The salesman asked if we were considering going to Gilroy, South County dealership, to purchase there. I told him we were considering it and they have much better prices. He went on a 10 minute rant bashing South County and told us he would see us when we came back because they were so bad. Well we had a great experience at South County, got a real good deal, and didn’t have to work with a self-proclaimed pirate during the process. Every time we go by Clovis CDJR we want to pull in and tell Captain Jack how happy we were we didn’t listen to him. He was unprofessional, pushy, and frankly unpleasant to be around. Stay away from these guys. More
