They went above and beyond to make sure we had a jeep capable of towing a travel trailer. They uncovered multiple problems and worked to take care of each and every one. They put at the head of the queue because of our situation. We had come in from out of town to pick up a new trailer, when we discovered the wiring wasn't correct on our jeep to handle the brakes. The sales department exceeded expectations then the service department completely blew it .I already left a 4500 word review on the Ram website explaining the service issues but that was two months ago service department completely blew it .I already left a 4500 word review on the Ram website explaining the service issues but that was two months ago and I have not heard one peep back from them .You would think spending over $90,000 on a new pickup would warrant a response but NO. Took in for my regular free oil change, but it’s %100 guaranteed the mechanics “will find a problem” with something that needs replacing. This time it was the lower radiator hose that was replaced by my guaranteed the mechanics “will find a problem” with something that needs replacing. This time it was the lower radiator hose that was replaced by my personal mechanic three months ago. The answer I got after revealing it was a new hose, “Well, maybe the mechanic was mistaken”. xxx? They quoted me a replacement over $400! I took my jeep home and oil spilled on my driveway and spilled in my parking stall at work, not coolant! So I took it to my personal mechanic and he said the oil cap was hand screwed causing a leak. Also, the new hose was fine, but I did have to replace the coolant reservoir due to a crack. Free oil changes from Jeep Chrysler are not even worth it cuz I no longer trust their mechanics or their advisors; their work is just sloppy. Fresno Jeep is no better, I had issues with my sunroof once and was told by an advisor (Kenny), “just don’t use it too much”. Fortunately the female manager at the time made it right. But I’m going to Dinuba from now on for any Jeep recalls. Everything else, I’m using my own mechanic. Next Jeep purchase will not be in Clovis or Fresno. More
