Cloninger Ford

I cannot endorse this Cloninger or Hilbish dealerships. Car door accessory panel inoperable...they denied they talked with bodyshop and wanted $115 diagnostic fee. Wanted to keep car all day. It was covered by insurance....the rhetoric was as if the entire door would have to be removed .... total overkill. Sister store Hilbish in Kannapolis no better....broke panel removing it from door....had it 90 min, gave up and ordered door switch. Returned for 90 min for door switch install and new door switch doesnt work.... scheduled new, all day appointment 10 days later and appointment cancelled due to sick tech. Took 30 min for me to remove door, google the solution, and fix the problem myself. No talent, clueless techs, and poor service. Cloninger service people rude and condescending, and have no listening skills, and speak without knowing any facts. Hilbish was at least kinder in interaction, but no smarter in fixing door panel. Never a Ford again. I'd give 0 stars if an option. I didnt record names, but obviously service dept....names below listed are not necessarily who I dealt with.....so I am not rating people individually. More

Dealership was amazing. My current car broke down, didn't run. I found 2 cars online that they had transferred the next day to the dealership. They were knowledgeable about the car even though it wa didn't run. I found 2 cars online that they had transferred the next day to the dealership. They were knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn't their make (Nissan), and Corbin took care of all my car needs and questions, and Mike was amazing at finding me financing and walking me through every step. It was seamless, and they even gave me a GREAT trade-in value for my car that wasn't even running. They are professional, courteous, and act like you are their most important customer. Will DEFINTELY buy from them again!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! More

A headache I didnt see coming. I had gotten my car serviced here a few times never had an issue. But my most recent experience has been horrible I had my appointment for Thursday morning they still ha serviced here a few times never had an issue. I trusted them over where I originally purchased my car because with oil changes I never had an issue. My car had a recall the dealership I originally purchased my car from a dealership that was suppose to fix the recall the did not so I came here to get it fixed under my warranty.... I'm still waiting. More

This dealership is great . Found an add online & decided to take a chance & trade my car . Found a car just like what I had only 4 years newer . Had trouble getting it financed but I had a wonderful dealer to take a chance & trade my car . Found a car just like what I had only 4 years newer .
