Treats a customer like family. I have purchased several vehicles here. My sales person Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about Ford vehicles and was able to answer any question I ha I have purchased several vehicles here. Poor customer service WORST DECISION OF MY ENTIRE LIFE Do not buy from this dealership if you want to be treated like you're important or like a customer should be trea WORST DECISION OF MY ENTIRE LIFE Do not buy from this dealership if you want to be treated like you're important or like a customer should be treated. My decision to buy a car landed me at Cloninger. The salesman was a complete delight and I have nothing horrible to say about him. My problem lies with the issues I'm having with my car and the customer service I receive each and every time I call. First and foremost, I had a cosigner. I put down a large amount of money and make my payments on time every month. Every time I'd call the service center regarding something, they'd ask for my name. Every time the same thing would happen. "We don't have you listed anywhere in our system." Ummmm what? No where in your system?? My sister bought a car there a day before I did and for some reason MY CAR kept pulling up under HER and my cosigner's name. How am I paying you nearly $300 a month, signed all that paperwork with my name, sat in there for hours the day of buying the car, and you mean to tell me that my name isn't listed anywhere!!?? Service blamed it on sales, sales blamed it on service. No one wanted to fix it. Spoke with management who told me that it's "just how the system works" and that if I needed to get my car serviced to simply call in and tell them my cosigner's name and I'd be fine. Mind you this was an issue for right at 5 months. I call today to provide the cosigners name. Would you believe they couldn't find the car!!!! That's just the beginning!!! In addition to those issues the breaks started squealing around 4 months of me having it. And you know what they said? You betcha. Wasn't covered. I had to pay out of pocket to get breaks done on a car I hadn't had 6 months. I apparently have a 5 year powertrain warranty but doesn't cover breaks. Understandable. But for breaks to go out so soon is not right. Last night was only the beginning of the nightmare I've experienced. My car has never given me any warnings about battery issues or anything like that. Nothing at all. Last night my screen said "power down to save battery" and my car hesitated to start. But....it started. I hadn't left any lights on or doors open or keys turned or anything like that. So this morning, I go to start the car and I get the same powering down message...but the car doesn't start. Anyone with car knowledge knows that this could be a variety of issues. Dead battery, bad alternator, wiring, etc etc. I call this morning to get my car serviced and told them what was wrong. It was service who told me that the earliest they could help me is Wednesday morning. That's 6 days away. They also said that they had no loaner cars to give me. They said that they'd loaned the two out that they had and that I would have to speak to the person who sold me the car to see if they could help me. I asked to be transferred to the front for that person and was told that they were on vacation until September 24th and that there was nothing anyone there could do. So....I have a car I just bought at the end of February 2017. Never made a late payment. Having car issues and being told it would be nearly a week before they can help. And being told no loaner was available for me to go about my life in the meantime. I asked to speak to someone else who could help and was told I needed to speak to service and that there was nothing they could do. Even said my salesman wasn't there and that I would just need to call back when he got back from vacation. The lady on the phone and whatever manager she was speaking with thought my situation was funny apparently because they thought it was okay to laugh while "helping" me when I called. I was hung up on twice. Transferred unnecessarily about 7 times and still no one could help me. I need to get it towed there and was told by service I needed to call Roadside Assistance which was included. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with this Warranty Roadside help just to be told it wasn't included and they didn't know why I was sent to them. I called back to service who said "Well I don't know who you talked to or what system they were looking at but you have it." Called back...was told again...I do not have it. I had to end up doing it thru my insurance. I was told 4 different times, "Please give me your number and I'll have someone call you back in 15/20/30 minutes." No one ever called back. The ladies who answer the phones who thought it was funny to actually laugh at my situation and the others laughing in the background also apparently don't think that me missing work and having to send someone else to pick up my son was important or a big deal. All the while I'm sitting in a car that isn't cranking. The car never gave me any type of warning in the dash that there was an issue with the car. Just suddenly this problem came from nowhere. Overall the only positive experience I've had is with my salesman. Other than that no one in this entire facility seemed to care that I was stuck with no way to get where I had to go. They all passed the buck on and on and on because no one wanted to handle it. They sent me to this poor new sales manager who had NOTHING to do with the issue and that was the last person I talked to before lodging a formal complaint with Corporate. He told me he couldn't help and that there were no cars he could help me get and that I'd need to speak to service. But we all know service has told me that I have to wait til Wednesday (SIX DAYS AWAY) and that there was no loaner car. My insurance wouldn't cover a rental because it wasn't an accident. So therefore I am stuck. So in closing....even though I pay them monthly. Even though when I pay it shows on my credit...even though I sat in the lobby for nearly 4 hours signing paper work. Even though the insurance is in my name. They couldn't find my name anywhere in the system and told me I'd have to call in and give my cosigner or my sister's name. Ludicrous. I give them my cosigner name...NOTHING CAME UP. Someone messed something up and they weren't sure how to fix it. They also continued to pass the buck and show me that I as a customer am not important. I'm glad I filed a complaint with corporate. They need to clean up the whole service center and sales floor or at least have some training on how to treat the people that pay YOUR BILLS!!!!!!!!! I will from now on get my car serviced at Hilbish Ford a whole other town over from here. But I'd much rather do that than deal with the unprofessionalism and demeaning attitude that comes from Cloninger Ford. More

Honestly unbelievably bad. My best friend with to Cloninger to look at a Toyota, drove the car, and left. Found out they ran her credit TWICE... without permission. I go back to the dealer on Ford side. I want to buy either a '14 Vette or a 15-16 Mustang GT..... I'm introduced to a salesman who barely says anything to me. I tell him what I want and he again says very little..... and then WALKS OFF. He actually walked away. xxxx with Cloninger anything. By the way, even the General Mgr's son said he was going to work anywhere but here when he's older. I talked to him during the Toyota visit. More
