You made my truck buying experience great! I was out of town the week before I bought my truck. Jose told me he would hold it for me, and he did. He said other salesmen wanted to sell it but he I was out of town the week before I bought my truck. Jose told me he would hold it for me, and he did. He said other salesmen wanted to sell it but he "Hid" it from them. I was in on Monday to look at it and possibly buy it. It looked GREAT and was what I was looking for so I took it. Thank you Jose for keeping it from those guys so I could get it! The only thing I can say that was a little issue, they quoted my trade in price then came back and said they made a mistake and dropped it quite a bit. That was the only thing that was anything but GREAT! I really love the truck. It is my 3rd F150 and will not be my last. Unless I get my dream truck......an F250 King Ranch!!! More

I started having trouble with the new car and took it to Cloninger. The service department was awesome and very helpful. After a lengthy process with Ford the sales team here was able to get me in a new car with little to no stress. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for sales or service. Top notch people! More

Seriously disappointed I recently had the occasion to have my truck serviced at cloninger ford. I had a check engine light on. I had been to several auto parts stores to I recently had the occasion to have my truck serviced at cloninger ford. I had a check engine light on. I had been to several auto parts stores to have the code read, bank one running lean ( remember this code for future reference) I did a little checking and talking to a couple mechanics. They said to check the plugs and coils before I did anything else. So on Saturday after work I pulled the plugs and had the coils checked. Found 1 bad coil and all the plugs were fine. Monday, it started running rough and the check engine lights started blinking. I called cloninger and they said I could drop it off and they would try to get to it. They called me that afternoon and said it needed a major tune up, all the plugs were bad and needed to be replaced as well as two coils being bad. I know coils can go bad and I really needed my truck back so I reluctantly agreed. They said it might be finished that afternoon so after not hearing anything I called to check on it. My service advisor had left for the day, so another advisor told me the mechanic working on my truck was having a hard time removing the plugs without breaking them off, supposedly he had already broke 3 of them ( I call xxxxxxxx, because just less than 72 hours earlier I had checked them all). Anyway I finally get my truck back Tuesday night after the service department had closed ( I paid for it over the phone and had them lock the keys inside) I didn’t even make it home ( 6 miles away) before the check engine light came on again. I pulled into Orielly auto parts and had them check the code. Guess what code popped up?? You guessed it the bank one running lean again code. So i did a little research and talked to a few real ford mechanics who told me to check the mass air flow sensor. I replaced it and the code is gone. I also asked cloninger to check my fan clutch as I believe it to be bad, and to check the popping in my left front suspension. I was told they cannot check my suspension because of all the aftermarket parts. The suspension on my truck is stock, the fan clutch was never mentioned in my after care report. In the end I paid $947 for bad service the never fixed the issue. Still don’t know what the suspension issue is and the fan clutch will be replaced on my next day off. I was planning on buying a new truck in the near future but if this is a representation of ford service I think I’ll be looking at another brand. Seriously disappointed More
