So no test drive, just had to turn around and drive home... Also, the description said "minor cosmetic issues" which apparently means "Large crack in bumper and headlight, dents throughout the body of the car.". To make it right, they said they would drive it to me for a test drive. I tried negotiating price and they said someone else was already test driving it. DON'T TRUST THEM! More

The salesman I had was amazing but the manager Brett kept giving me the run around. Had them sale me a car that was out on loan and he kept telling me every time I called me car would be there but it took me giving me the run around. After attempting to get a OTD price from them, their AI (of which I thought I was texting with Kelly McVey). Their chat bot keep asking me to bring in my trade BUT refused to give the OTD price on their 20 (of which I thought I was texting with Kelly McVey). Misunderstanding is ONLY on their dealership. They should NEVER use such a thing and then argue over my trade in. Then she sent another email stating what more she could help in my decision. I made a appointment with Kenneth to look at the car and if I liked it I would buy it. Prior to my appointment one of the owners, Ricky I think, called to make sure everything was going well and did I have any questions or concerns. I had no idea he was a owner when we talked. Super nice guy. When I arrived Kenneth had the Jeep ready to go, I gave it a good look over and took it for a test drive. I liked what I saw and Bobby did all my paper work in no time, then back to Kenneth for the keys. While I did the paper work, Kenneth filled the tank with gas.
