Michelle was excellent in regards to her explanation as to what was needed, She was able to give me a time frame as to when repairs would be completed and was accurate as to her estimate of cost. This is a work vehicle and the repairs were done properly and earlier than promised. Michelle was informative, professional and friendly. She seemed concerned for my safety since I do a lot of traveling with the vehicle. She was a pleasure to deal with. More

We've also had exceptional good luck dealing with the Clinton Honda Service Department, and especially with Debb Skelton. Debb is not only an extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable member of the service team, she's become a friend through our dealings with Clinton Honda. We're very grateful to her for all she's done for us over the years. I would highly recommend Clinton Honda for a new car, a used car and for their stellar service department. More

Poor service Purchased 4 tires for my 2014 Pilot with the 1 year warranty for road hazards in February 2017 and unfortunately blew a sidewall when I hit a screwdri Purchased 4 tires for my 2014 Pilot with the 1 year warranty for road hazards in February 2017 and unfortunately blew a sidewall when I hit a screwdriver left in the road. Tires were 3 months out of warranty so I came in to purchase a new one. I had an appointment but waited 3 hours. When I asked why it took so long I kept getting excuses. Finally demanded to see someone in management and was ask by him why I waited so long to check on the car. REALLY? I checked multiple times. Now I just blew the same tire and it's only 5 months old. I called and asked about the warranty but was told because I didn't buy all 4 at once there was no warranty. Service person on the phone was very rude and I am sorry I didn't get her name.I went someplace else to replace it where they told me that Clinton Honda didn't even replace it with the same tire causing uneven wear to the other tires. So disappointed in them. I have had all my service from them since I bought the car there new in 2014 and each time I have been in the last year I have been so disappointed. I will not be going back. More
