Excellent service person I bought a 2015 CRV from Bill Butler about 2 months ago for my son. We went with a used car because of insurance costs for an 18 year old driver. Bill is a great salesman who came highly recommended. This is our second purchase from him. We brought it in for service because my wife noticed it was vibrating a lot when stopped at a light. Deb worked with us at the service desk. She was friendly and very efficient. Made the whole experience a good experience. My only negative is that this was a certified car and the vibration was not picked up. Especially because Honda has had many complaints for the same thing on this model. So much so that it was just short of a recall item. The service tech knew immediately what the problem was when it was described. It should have been addressed when certified. More
