High praise for service, not so much for sales My recommendation pertains to the service department ONLY, I have had very good experience with the service department, particularly Mr. Brian Coll My recommendation pertains to the service department ONLY, I have had very good experience with the service department, particularly Mr. Brian Collinge, who earlier this year discovered that a component was covered under warranty, and was instrumental in extinguishing a warning light that had annoyed me for years. Mr. Collinge has overseen three repairs for my car, and although the cost was high, I think that the work was done well. The most recent repair was completed too recently for me to render a final opinion, but so far I am pleased. Were I selecting stars based on the service department only I would have given it a 5 start rating. However, my most recent experience with sales earlier this year (not the same auto to which I referred in my comments above about service), was an education in caveat emptor. I shall be much more wary in the future. More

They checked me in quickly and had me take a place in the waiting area. The waiting room had adequate seating, supplied refreshments, was very clean and had both computers for their customers to use as well as a television to help pass the time. Every customer was given updates on their vehicles progress and each employee was very courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
