Dead Battery Recently my Honda CRV 2015 would not start. I called Clinton Honda while waiting for AAA Road Service to see if a new battery was in stock for my car Recently my Honda CRV 2015 would not start. I called Clinton Honda while waiting for AAA Road Service to see if a new battery was in stock for my car and if the service department could install it. I was quoted a fair price on a new battery and informed service would be able to install it. I arrived at 4:08 PM and in less than an hour a new battery was installed! The technician also checked to make sure there were no issues that caused the dead battery. It was a pleasure to speak with everyone involved in my service transaction on 12/10/18. More

Routine Service as expected I made my appointment for 5,000 mile service (oil change and inspection) online. I waited for my car for an hour for the service. My only gripe is that Jessica acted as if I didn't have an appointment, which caused me concern during the check in process. I had received text confirmations, and had no doubt that I had an appointment. So I would suggest that the service staff "fake it" if they don't immediately see the appointment in their system. Customers expect that appointments are in the system. More
First Service on New Vehicle I went to have my first oil change and servicing on my new CRV. I was not aware of the new policy for making an appointment ahead of time. I always I went to have my first oil change and servicing on my new CRV. I was not aware of the new policy for making an appointment ahead of time. I always showed up in the past without an appointment as was the policy. The receptionist explained changes had been made, but she would see what could be done. and went back to the service department. She returned and said I would be taken care of if I would be willing to wait an hour and a half. I said yes and the completion time was less. This is my 4th Honda from Clinton Honda and I will return for a 5th ......God willing. Thank you More

Thanks for realligning my wheels I came in for my free oil change and routine check-up. But I asked them to check my wheel alignment because sometimes the car seemed to pull to one si I came in for my free oil change and routine check-up. But I asked them to check my wheel alignment because sometimes the car seemed to pull to one side. They did check it and found one of the rear wheels was off by about 16 degrees. With my permission, they fixed it, and they even took $10 off the cost of the repair! I also want to thank you for having WiFi in the waiting room so that I could get work done for my job while I was there. If I had not had that, I probably would have had to come back another day for the wheel alignment. More
