So pleased with the service rep. , Troy Roberts! Came to the dealer to replace fob because I thought it was broken. After discussing with me several things about the fob, he and I wen , Troy Roberts! After discussing with me several things about the fob, he and I went to the parts department and had the battery replaced and it’s good as new! Saved me $400 for a new fob. Also Patti in the parts dept. was extremely helpful educating me about using the fob. The were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and appeared happy to help me.
