I called Clinton Honda (I had not purchased my car here due to selection) and Bridgewater Honda as I needed an item fixed that was under warranty. Clinton Honda returned my call, set an appt, completed the due to selection) and Bridgewater Honda as I needed an item fixed that was under warranty. Clinton Honda returned my call, set an appt, completed the work quickly and were very friendly and professional. In contrast, Bridgewater Honda after 10 days still has not returned my phone call. A real pleasure to deal with. More
Bought several cars and have had positive experiences with their service department. Their prices are very fair and the quality of work great. Would recommend them for maintaining your Honda. with their service department. Their prices are very fair and the quality of work great. Would recommend them for maintaining your Honda. More
I was looking at the Certified Used Car Center. Ken Steel was amazing! My decision to officially buy my Honda was because of how patient, professional, accommodating and polite Ken was. Also, Patrick Steadma was amazing! My decision to officially buy my Honda was because of how patient, professional, accommodating and polite Ken was. Also, Patrick Steadman was very nice to us. He was also patient and answered every question I had. They were both wonderful to work with and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want too. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. More
I received a recall notice and went online to find a Honda dealer with a good service record since this is the first time that I've needed service. Clinton Honda had a good rating and was near my daugh Honda dealer with a good service record since this is the first time that I've needed service. Clinton Honda had a good rating and was near my daughter's residence in NJ where I was visiting for the holidays. It was extremely easy making the appointment and I was given a wide choice of days and times. I was "blown away" by the friendliness and helpfulness of Anthony Colucci, our service representive: he fully explained the recall and how important it was to get the work done; he led us to the Waiting Area which was by far the nicest I had ever encountered, fully stocked with premium blend coffee selections, hot chocolate, a complete hot tea selection, plus refrigerated items like a variety of juices, chocolate milk, and diet and regular soft drinks. We were given a copy of the daily newspaper to read! They also offered comfortable chairs, a flat screen TV, and FREE Whyfi. Mr. Colucci gave us an estimate of approximately how long we would have to wait for the service to be completed and he was "spot on" with his estimate. As a "senior citizen", I was having difficulty trying to set up the car's Bluetooth system with my telephone. Mr. Colucci told me that at the Clinton Honda dealership, the salespeople normally helped the customer set up the system when the car was purchased. He understood my "helplessness" and took the extra two minutes and "paired" my phone with the car's system. I feel this was totally above and beyond the call of duty. While he was doing this he explained the Express Service concept and said I could come in and get an oil change WITH NO APPOINTMENT. I can honestly say I have never had a more positive experience with a service department and I will absolutely schedule my regular service at the Clinton Honda dealership. More
I purchased 4 new Continental tires for my CRV, trusting the service department I did not check to see all 4 tires were the same. While washing and cleaning my car I noticed 2 sets of tires, different on fr the service department I did not check to see all 4 tires were the same. While washing and cleaning my car I noticed 2 sets of tires, different on front then rear. I called and was told the rear ones were discontinued and they don't understand how that happened. You buy 4 tires you of course want them to be the same. Also told that the technician probably read the order wrong. I wanted 4 new tires but was told I will get 2 to match the other set. Now I have to take time to get thie tires changed. Word to the wise. Check everything you purchase when there. More
5 hours to have new brake pads and rotors public on, nearly 2 hours of it just to have them do a brake inspection, all of this was with an appointment with me waiting. This is the worst experience I hav nearly 2 hours of it just to have them do a brake inspection, all of this was with an appointment with me waiting. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership service department. I will never go here again. More
A while back there was a software recall on my car, which caused the check engine light to go on. We brought it in, they supposedly did the update, and yet the light never went off. Upon that visit, they a caused the check engine light to go on. We brought it in, they supposedly did the update, and yet the light never went off. Upon that visit, they advised I was nearing 100,000 miles and would need a new timing belt. I took the car to my mechanic upon the next servicing and told him about the dealership's recommendation to which he replied "You don't have a timing belt in that car; You have a chain. It doesn't need to be replaced." So right there, the dealership lost my trust. Now, here I am about 2-3 years later and I have to get the software update run again so that the check engine light will go off and the car can pass inspection. I tried to call on Friday 3/25. I heard a male voice talking (no Hello/Clinton Honda/May I help you) and I said "Who is this?" and got the response that it was the "phone guy". He then hung up. I called back again, confused, and once again, someone picked up. I said "Hi I'm trying to reach Clinton Honda." He said "Yeah, we're having trouble with the phones, can you call back?" I said "would tomorrow be good?" and he hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Terrible service department who don't even know which parts are in their own cars. Plus they have awful customer service. More
