Clinton Honda - Service Center

A HR-V find I went to the Clinton Honda Dealer to have my car serviced and while waiting I looked in the show room hoping that there would be a HR-V. The last ti I went to the Clinton Honda Dealer to have my car serviced and while waiting I looked in the show room hoping that there would be a HR-V. The last time I had my car serviced there wasn't any and even though the car in the show room had a sold sign I was able to look and learn more about it from Joe Vizzi. I knew most of the details of the vehicle, but not seeing it live I asked if there was one in white and Joe looked and said, yes there was. He brought it around and since I don't like driving a vehicle that isn't mine, Joe drove for me and explained the features. I was impressed and traded in my car that was serviced for the new one. He knows the product and was able to explain and teach me about all the 'technology' in my new 2016 Accord. Judy Meier was also a joy to work with as we worked through options for financing. I always recommend Clinton Honda and will continue to do so. Came in for service on my 'old' Honda CRV. Now own a beautiful 2016 Accord! No public wi-fi or loaner cars Unfortunately, the day I bought my car, I was not feeling well at all (the early stages of Lyme) and therefore I didn't negotiate as good a deal as I Unfortunately, the day I bought my car, I was not feeling well at all (the early stages of Lyme) and therefore I didn't negotiate as good a deal as I should have done. My fault. However, now my car has developed a warranty issue and I find out they don't have loaner cars but will help me get a rental car for $40/day. Not a good practice at all. Even if I were to sit and wait for a repair to be done, they do not offer public wi-fi so there is no way I could wait and be productive at the same time. Again, not a good practice at all, especially if one is stuck waiting for multiple hours. More

Brought my car to honda clinton for oil change and asked thought of asking about recalls on paint issues, Mark Diana helped us out right away. Happy with the outcome although we had to pay 25% out of pocket because the recall had expired but still one happy customer! My car looks brand new. Thanks to the staff! More
