They keep extensive records of all of the work done on my car and remind me when things need to be checked or serviced. They usually give me pages of information on what they did or what needs to be done in detail with accurate cost estimates. More

Routine Service I had lost my washer fluid cap several months ago; car had been in for service then & I asked to have the tech look for it, but it was not found. Brou I had lost my washer fluid cap several months ago; car had been in for service then & I asked to have the tech look for it, but it was not found. Brought my car in on 2/15/2018 for oil change & maintenance check. This time service tech Mike Adams somehow managed to find the cap. While a minor issue, I was elated to hear it was located & that I no longer had to use tin foil to cover the fluid reservoir. Great Job! Thank you!! More
