I have been going to Clinton Honda for service on my 04 Accord for the past 7 years and their team provides exceptional customer service and really takes care of me and my car. I made a phone call to Tom Winnicky on Thursday, 5/26/11, responding to a promotional letter advising me that our lease was coming due and there was a good chance that if certain criteria were met, he would responding to a promotional letter advising me that our lease was coming due and there was a good chance that if certain criteria were met, he would be able to pay off the balance of our current lease and put us into a new lease with no cash out of pocket. I saw Tom on Friday morning at about 9:15 A.M. and sometime before noon my wife drove away from Clinton Honda in a new CRV with a big smile on her face. Tom, Steve and Greg were the height of courteous, caring service. Between cars, I always forget about the progidious quantity of paperwork necessary to finalize a deal but Greg even made that as pleasant as humanly possible. All of my purchase experiences should be as enjoyable and efficient as the one we just went thru at Clinton Honda. More

Saw a car listed by this dealer on the internet. Made apt to see car. First noted car did not have the features it listed on the internet. Told that I was wrong. I still considered car. Then they told me that I was wrong on the financing they showed on the internet. I made them pull it up and honor it. Then my husband called me to tell me that their internet sales manager had sent me an e-mail offering me a NEW car with all the features that I had seen for 2K less than what they were trying to sell me a used car with lesser features for. At that point I could not consider ever doing business with them. I just given them a 1K deposit on my credit card. Then they tell me that they can't refund the 1K until Monday (3 days later) because the only person who can do it went home for the day. It took them an entire week and two irate phone calls to get the money back. Go anywhere else to buy a car. They took bait and switch to a whole new level. And the salesman is Mr. good guy. Everytime he gets caught in a lie he brings in a manager to take the heat. I had previously leased a car for my son at this dealership. I will never do any business with them again. His lease is up in a few months. I can't wait to finish my last contact with these thieves. More

After getting quotes from several dealers via email, Clinton had the highest quote among them. But, Sean McM and Tom W made it clear they'd match the lower prices. This second time we were also very satisfied with buying a car through Sean and Clinton Honda. Sean went the extra mile when the discussions went well past closing time, and in assuring the car was in great shape when we picked it up. The other positive reviews here match our experience. I notice a lot of people mention the sales person Bill. You should really ask for Sean ;-) More

It was a great car, so when the lease was up I went back to Clinton Honda and just got a new CRZ hybrid - WOW! Excellent commuter car for someone who also likes to have some fun now ant then. I got both cars through Charlie B. Charlie is a very nice guy and also very informative - you can tell he really knows his cars. His style is easy to work with - no high pressure but he still gets the job done. I also worked with Tom W regarding the trade in of the Civic and everything went smooth. I feel fortunate that we live close by to Clinton Honda and I always recommend them to people that I know who are looking for a car. I had all my maintenance done on the Civic at their service center and they are awesome as well - just all regular maintenance, no problems at all. More
