Experience there not good .. issue battery going dead on outback new in 2017 .. lane Weber dismissing my complaints suggesting I might get my own battery charger and jump my own car when battery quits .. al outback new in 2017 .. lane Weber dismissing my complaints suggesting I might get my own battery charger and jump my own car when battery quits .. also stated that maybe I caused battery failure by leaving lights on etc. Weber poor listening skills, dismissive and talking over me to the point of me needing to walk away from him out of sheer frustration. Did not acknowledge that battery could be defective even though online posts indicate battery problems with 2017 outbacks a common issue. More

Mike in the service department has been wonderful to work with! I came in for a air bag recall and oil change that left my car smelling like rubber due to a faulty filter BUT Mike has been over accommodating with! I came in for a air bag recall and oil change that left my car smelling like rubber due to a faulty filter BUT Mike has been over accommodating and offered to pick up my car/clean it/ and then return it! The cost of their services are very reasonable and I appreciate their honesty and smartness. For example, I needed my front right tie rod changed as "it was starting to slip" and so they recommended changing the left as well. At first I was skeptical so I asked if I could get the "old parts." They gave them to me and I took them to my small hometown mechanic and he said - "they were smart to recommend replacing both. That's what I would have recommended too." Nonetheless, they have excellent communication - especially Rob - and overall just great people. Makes me miss living in Wisconsin! Go Pack Go! More
