Horrendous Service Center Manager When we recently had a major issue with our low mileage vehicle and we expressed our frustration over the abundance of issues with the car and the war When we recently had a major issue with our low mileage vehicle and we expressed our frustration over the abundance of issues with the car and the warranty denials, the service manager, TIM was incredible nasty. When I told him that i was calling in an attempt to get some help and did not understand why he was being so rude and condescending, TIM told me he would look for a number at GM so someone could explain the word "warranty" to me. Unfortunately, this is one of many similar service department experiences we have had here. More
Quality sales and service I can't imagine anyone giving low ratings to the quality of sales and service people at Anschuetz Chevrolet. I have been a satisfied customer at Ansc I can't imagine anyone giving low ratings to the quality of sales and service people at Anschuetz Chevrolet. I have been a satisfied customer at Anscheutz Chevrolet for well over thirty years. I have brought my daughter, my son-in--law AND my granddaughter into this business for auto service and auto purchases. They have all been treated with respect, with detailed explanations(when needed) and with friendliness and honesty. More
Sales team is good; however, the service department is not good and I wouldn't buy another new vehicle here. Had oil changed here and then changed oil myself after 3000 miles - used filter was very dirty not good and I wouldn't buy another new vehicle here. Had oil changed here and then changed oil myself after 3000 miles - used filter was very dirty and heavy. Extremely over tightened lug nuts on wheels after tire rotation. Used refurbished parts on a warranty job. Wouldn't recommend this place for service. More
1. A fee was charged for warranty work on a general motors vehicle. I later checked the warranty which states there is no fee for warranty work. 2. The service representatives did not keep in contact motors vehicle. I later checked the warranty which states there is no fee for warranty work. 2. The service representatives did not keep in contact during the course of the repair. I still am not sure what was wrong with the vehicle or why the parts went bad. 3. Used parts were used for the warranty repair. More
I routinely take my GM vehicles to Cliff Anschuetz, they are always friendly, greet me by name and always offer a ride or free courtesy car. They keep me inormed on costs of service upfront or call back an are always friendly, greet me by name and always offer a ride or free courtesy car. They keep me inormed on costs of service upfront or call back and confirm before performing any work. I have purchased and serviced over half a dozen different vehicles and they are always helpful. If you require any work, call Dan or DJ at the service department and they will take good care of you. Lastly, your vehicle is always returned washed and clean inside and out. More
They had no idea what to do with my Corvette. They run a bunch of tests, charged me. I too it back three times and the last time they admitted they couldn't fix it and escorted me out the back so no other bunch of tests, charged me. I too it back three times and the last time they admitted they couldn't fix it and escorted me out the back so no other customers would know. GM was of no help either. Sure they take your complaint, but it's like the rabbit complaining to the fox. It was an expensive, horrible experience. I would never go back. It seems oil changes and tires are Anschuetz best bet because their expensive mechanics are incompetent and under trained. Oh yeah, they wouldn't return any of the used parts they claimed needed replacement and the obligatory "something else is wrong with your car" was jammed down my throat. At least two extra repairs that I am not so sure I needed. Ripped off and disgusted. More
