Why buy anywhere else? The warranty bumper to bumper 90 days or 3,000 miles. With only 4 miles left on warranty, our throttle body went out aws well as a plug and coil on our used E150 we had purchased nea days or 3,000 miles. They towed it from 50 miles away, and repaired it costing us only the small deductible! For a $573 bill, we paid $58! All I can say is WOW! Larry Hill Ford ROCKS!!! Very happy we drove that far to purchase our car. We spotted it on the Internet and drove down to look at it and fell in love. More

I recently traveled to Tennessee to visit family over Memorial Day weekend. On the way there, on Friday night, I had a dash light come on indicating a problem with the power steering. On Saturday I call Memorial Day weekend. On the way there, on Friday night, I had a dash light come on indicating a problem with the power steering. On Saturday I called Larry Hill Ford to see if they could look at it for me. This was a warranty repair, but I had not purchased the car from this dealer. I took my car on Saturday and was later informed that my car was not safe to drive. Sheila made arrangements to get me a rental car in order to get home. I didn't need the rental until Monday and planned to get it then. Sheila offered to give me her personal cell phone, on a holiday, in case I ran into any issues with the rental. I didn't have any problems. I left my car there for a week. During the next six days, Sheila called me 4 times to update me on my car, as has followed up with me since then. Although I am still disappointed to have these problems with a 2012 car, I cannot say enough good things about Sheila, David Babbitt and the service team, all of whom, at some point in the process went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and to make sure I was taken care of in terms of replacement transportation. I will add, too, that there were issues with the billing from the rental car company because they could not bill the airport taxes to the dealer (for re-imbursement from Ford). I paid the tax; it was nominal. But Sheila made sure I was re-imbursed for even the airport taxes on the rental. I'm fairly certain that required extra effort on her part and it mean a lot to me. My family in this area has purchased 3 new vehicles in this area and told me from the beginning that I would be treated honestly, fairly and in a very professional way. That turned out to be exactly true. I will seriously consider traveling out of state to purchase my next vehicle here. More
Took my 2010 Ford Edge in to have a rear turn signal bulb replaced. I spoke with Joe Trentham and Clyde Sheets. Both were very helpful and courteous. They had used it instead of charging me for another part. This is typical of the service I have recieved over the last several years. They are a super bunch of people. More

I was about 7 miles from Larry Hill Ford on my way back to Knoxville from Chattanooga yesterday on a business trip when my 04 Focus overheated. They could not find the part needed anywhere so they actually made a part that fixed the problem and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours and for under $100!!! I could not be more pleased with my experience at Larry Hill Ford!! More

I went to Larry hill bc I bought an extended warranty w my car and it was making a noise. I schedule an appt only to wait over an hour for my car to even get looked at. Then a guy tells me that I'm not lon my car and it was making a noise. I schedule an appt only to wait over an hour for my car to even get looked at. Then a guy tells me that I'm not longer under my warranty and I would need to replace 2 pulleys which would be $240. I then went to another service where I could get a better deal. They ordered the parts put them on and guess what?! That was not the problem!! The problem as actually a small less expensive pulley! So instead of me paying $50 to get my car fixed. Larry Hill decided to get more money and say it was the most expensive pulleys on the car. Now I'm out $300 because of the ignorance at this dealership! I have purchased 2 cars from them and will never return. Nor will I let any of my family and friends buy from this place. They rob you while smiling to your face! Treating people like that will only end you up in one place. Out of business!!! More
