Took my 2008 F 150 into the service department, because I was getting horrible vibrations above 50 mph. I figured some weights fell of my rims..I've had balancing issues for the past year. This is the ONLY dealership that was able to tell me for some reason that there was water in my tires!! I was at the dealership for 3 hours, but it was well worth the time. Will definitely come back for future service and vehicle purchases. More
Mr Johnson met me at the door of my car, greeted me with a "good morning" and introduced himself warmly, then asked why i had come for service. After noting the issue he invited me to have a seat in the waiting area then he periodically came by to update progress. The problem was fixed under warranty. In addition he and the technician informed me of another little problem that i was not aware of. After hearing the matter i advised them that the vehicle had been involved in a minor collision before i bought it and they recommended to me that i go back to the dealer where i purchased it. I've contacted that dealer and i appreciate Mr Johnsons assistance. More

I was very pleased with my salesman( Bill Hudson). There was a place on the back bumper that needed to be painted. In dealing with Bill he agreed to have that taken care of, which he did. I took the car back and Bill agreed that it needed to be repainted. There was also overspray all over the body and the chrome. Today I picked my car up and noted that there is still overspray on the chrome and in some places on the body. I would have expected better since, this was my 2nd time there for the same problem. The kicker was they left the residue all over the car.I could not see out the windshield and the rearview window was even worse.It looked like someone had wiped it down with a dirty rag. I purchased the maintenence program and am now second guessing that decision. I realize this is not a new car and do not expect it to be perfect. However,I do expect that a supervisor would check the work when the customer rejected it the first time. More
Sheila was GREAT! I was visiting from out of town, my car broke down and I had it towed to Larry Hill because I had the extended warranty. I called and spoke with Sheila. She called me to let me know what the problem was and when she thought my car would be fixed. She called me back when my car was fixed and let me know I could come get it. When I walked in she acted as if we were long time friends. I can't fully express how much I appreciated her. I was stressed because I had to be back to Atlanta on Tuesday. Getting my car fixed was one less thing I had to worry about, Sheila took care of everything. You have an incredible employee in Sheila, I hope her management realizes what a gem they have in her. I came into the service department with two bad tires. I had a bad day and Jerry was MORE than helpful with getting me a great deal and making sure I was on my way as soon as possible. He was very kind and I promised him a cake as soon as I get time for his kindness! And Gary, what a guy! Everyone had went home and he stayed after hours to put my tires on me. The air had even been cut off! He was wonderful and so kind to make sure that I had a car for the next day. I cant express my gratitude enough to these two men for helping me! They are wonderful!!! Mike has assured me that whatever issues I had after purchasing my car would be taken care of. I was told that my car would be fix which is what I've wanted all along. Understandably, not all proble purchasing my car would be taken care of. I was told that my car would be fix which is what I've wanted all along. Understandably, not all problems are located during the first or second visit. Although, a major problem was taken care of on the first trip; it took a third visit to the service department for the other problems to be found and fixed. Thanks to Clyde, Jerry, and anyone else who worked on my car; I can now say that my car apears to be fixed. More
