Great job by the service dept. Jason Brittain was absolutely amazing. My car lost power steering and overheated while I was coming off of the interstate, and I work out of town so I was terrified that this was going to be super expensive steering and overheated while I was coming off of the interstate, and I work out of town so I was terrified that this was going to be super expensive and result in my missing work: more expensive. Jason was able to diagnose the problem immediately and talked to me about the problem like I was a person, not just a naive little girl. The repair was done the same day, which saved me from having to miss work. I've always been afraid of going to dealerships for repairs but I'm not going anywhere else from now on. More

Had two phone contacts with the service department on recalls. One was abrupt/ a little rude. The second was a normal conversation, I was told to show up at 7:30 and they would review the recalls and tak recalls. One was abrupt/ a little rude. The second was a normal conversation, I was told to show up at 7:30 and they would review the recalls and take a look at another warranty item on the vehicle thats less than a month old, it would take about 10- 15 minutes on the way to work and we could schedule the work to be done. I arrive the next day, work withthe same associate, who seems a little put out about the other issues and says that I need to wait at least an hour before some one can take a look at my vehicle to see what parts it would need. I tried telling him than that wasnt what we had talked about, he said well "Its the best I can do". I got ticked, told him I would just go to another dealer. Decided I was little abrupt and called the service manager to try and get the work done there, let bygones be bygones. He was courteous, said he hadnt talked to his employees yet. Gave him all the details, he would dig into it and help. The next week he text me back saying that he was "stresing about it all weekend I think it best if you go to a dealer in Chattanooga". I called him and asked what was going on, he said that him and the OWNER thought it was best that they not do any service on the vehicle becuase I got upset and walked out. Have heard numerous other stories about their great service, avoid this place, the service manager also said they cant understand all the negative feedback on customer surveys. More

It took almost 3 hours for an oil change and all I wanted to do was hook up the vehicle to the machine so I could get the key less entry code. Tony was my original helper then dropped the ball as I waited, and waited and waited. Jerry Johnson stepped up when I finally came out of the waiting room to find my truck sitting there ready to go. I said I think that is my truck, I have been here almost 3 hours. He verified the time I was checked in, then he took it upon himself to make sure I got the key less entry code, then he took care of the oil change for me. He is the only reason I will return. I am not upset I understand sometimes things take longer and by getting my oil change taken care of by the dealership is the one reason I will return. More
My first oil change on my new 2013 Fusion. I've heard about the great service at Larry Hill and decided to make the drive from Apison. I was not disappointed. I talked with Tony on the phone before my vi about the great service at Larry Hill and decided to make the drive from Apison. I was not disappointed. I talked with Tony on the phone before my visit, and knew I wanted him to help me when I got there. The paper work was fast and painless.
