I have always been treated with kindness and respect at Larry Hill. There is a family atmosphere in the service department. Went there for an oil change, and didn't have an appointment. Got me right in and took less than an hour. Everyone there was eager to help me when I walked in and treated me like I was the only cust appointment. Got me right in and took less than an hour. Really loved how Joe got me in and out when getting my car serviced so that I could still pick up my daughter from school on time. Car was perfect and service was outstanding. Purchased a used VW Passat through sister dealer with a 3 month warranty. Discovered that car A/C needed new compressor, but could not get back to the dealer within the three months. David recognized the i month warranty. Discovered that car A/C needed new compressor, but could not get back to the dealer within the three months. I had been hearing some noise in my car when I used the fan. My dad and I decided to stop in to get in checked before I move in to school in a few days, and Joe was extremely helpful. Great experience working with Tony to have my 2009 Ford Flex repaired when the wrench code and service engine light came on when I was overtaking and passing another vehicle on I-75. The transmission shif Flex repaired when the wrench code and service engine light came on when I was overtaking and passing another vehicle on I-75. The transmission shifter really hard when downshifting and then clunked extremely hard when coming out of passing gear (5th ?) causing the two lights to come on. I was able to reset the wrench light but the engine light remained on. Tony was very helpful in getting the third party warranty service provider to approve the repairs, even offering me a two day rental (which I refused as I have a 2001 F150 to drive). The repairs were completed the next day and everything seems to be fine at this time. Tony stayed on top of the process and called returned calls and made sure I was notified when the repairs were complete. My best ever experience with Larry Hill Ford. More
