I recieved a letter in the mail informed me that I needed to bring my veh in for a recall. I called and Tony answered the phone and instructed me to get him the vin # to my veh and that he would order the pa to bring my veh in for a recall. I called and Tony answered the phone and instructed me to get him the vin # to my veh and that he would order the part and call me when the part came in and I could get it back the same day when I dropped it off. It happened just like that, and it was nice of him to let me know I needed to bring it to him on empty so I would not waste any gas. I look forward to working with Tony again. More

Went there for an oil change, and didn't have an appointment. Got me right in and took less than an hour. Purchased a used VW Passat through sister dealer with a 3 month warranty. Discovered that car A/C needed new compressor, but could not get back to the dealer within the three months.
