The people where friendly & the experience was Easy and Excellent! I have ordered parts for something I could fix without any pressure to repair the order there b/c they knew I could do it with no expertise... and they even showed me how!! I came back in for service to find out that my service was included in the "platinum service" I bought with my vehicle. I didn't have to ask for anyone to update the profile. They ask me and made sure that al the t's where crossed and all the I's were dotted. They were so nice and friendly. A breath of fresh air compared to another dealership right down the road! I recieved a letter in the mail informed me that I needed to bring my veh in for a recall. I called and Tony answered the phone and instructed me to get him the vin # to my veh and that he would order the pa to bring my veh in for a recall. I called and Tony answered the phone and instructed me to get him the vin # to my veh and that he would order the part and call me when the part came in and I could get it back the same day when I dropped it off. It happened just like that, and it was nice of him to let me know I needed to bring it to him on empty so I would not waste any gas. I look forward to working with Tony again. More
