I received a recall letter in the mail and got a hold of Tony in the service department. I found out with Tony's help that I would be able to make one trip to the dealership instead of two. I dropped my car off in the morning got the call later that day that it was ready just like he said it would work out. It was very easy to work with him. Joe Trentham greeted us with a smile and he was very courteous and polite. He said that it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete the service, but he would get it in the shop as soon as possible. We were driving off the lot 1 hour later. Joe came to get us when the work was done, and explained what was done and checked, and the results of what was checked. He made us feel that our business was appreciated. And I appreciate the way that my car is always clean when I get it back from the shop at Larry Hill Ford. Joe is indeed an asset to Larry Hill Ford Service Department. More
My vehicle had a recall. When I brought it in the part was not in stock and had to be oredered. Once the part came in Tony Burgirno emailed me and we scheduled the time for me to bring in the car. I am disabled and Tony made sure that the vehicle was brought to me so I wouldn't have to walk far. My Expedition was recently involved in an accident, I called Larry Hill and talked with Tony asking if there was a place the lot could recommend to do the body work. He recommended Advanced Collision in Cleveland and they absolutely did a great job--no evidence of where the hit was at all :)--so first off--great recommendation--thank you!!! A few days later, I came by the lot to set up my 60K check up and talked with Tony again about the accident and he was more than helpful. He printed my ticket for the next week when my vehicle would come out of the body shop and added a note to pay special attention to the alignment due to a recent accident. I picked my vehicle up from Advanced Collision on Thursday afternoon and brought it straight to Larry Hill and left it over night to have the check-up. Can't tell you how much better I felt about my vehicle since I knew it was going to be checked out and the alignment checked there at the lot. Thank you Tony for taking great care of me and my vehicle as well as making it much less painful to spend $500+ on a Friday afternoon! Thanks to Audra at check out as well--dealing with smiling, happy, fun and good natured people like these two make it much easier to do some things--it helps when you know you are going to encounter people like them :) !!!!!!!
