I found it very convenient to bring my car to Larry Hill Ford, with Tony's help I was able to get my car worked on and at the same time get stuff done at home. Tony was very helpful in getting my truck serviced. He was straight forward and even held service until he got in touch with me about the cost. He kept me in the loop the whole time. I needed a ride to and from the dealership and Jerry was more than happy to help me out. Jerry is very courteous and always helpful. I've known Jerry for years, even back when he was service manager at Larry Hill Imports and you can be rest assured he will do you right. Customer service was excellent, friendliness was excellent, making you feel right at home. The quality of work was great - what I expect from a dealership. The price did sting a bit. I have tires for life through the dealer and so the 30,000 - 60,000 - 90,000 mile services are the most expensive. However the 100,000 mile service/tune up with $403.96 worth of labor charge was something less than desirable. I had a coolant flush, oil change and tune up. The $699.06 charge when it was all said and done in my opinion was a little extreme. This may be standard and I may be off base but I was not expecting this amount. With that being said everyone I dealt with at the dealership was 1st class, and I know they don't set the prices. The reason I gave the rating of good vs great is only because of the price. Everything else was fantastic! More

Joe worked very hard with me and my warranty company!! He provided me a rental car and he was also able to get the price down on the repair... to one that I could afford!!
