In short, my experience in dealing with Larry Hill Ford was positive on every level. My family and I are not from the Cleveland area and broke down when passing through. From past experiences things can and usually do go down hill from here. But that wasn't the case this time around. Service advisor, Tony Burgireno, was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. And most importantly he made us feel at ease and secure throughout the entire process from getting towed in, to the eventual diagnosis and repair. I never once felt we were being taken advantage of due to the fact that we were from out of town. I want to add that the the Mechanic, Mark Anderson, who worked on our vehicle was tops in my book. Hands down one of the best experience I've ever had in dealing with a Mechanic. Mark made me feel totally confident with his diagnosis and what repairs were needed. In closing, I want to add that our experience was so positive that we opted to view and test drive a new Ford. Our Sales Representative was Kevin Flowers. I hate to sound like a broken record and I'm not in the habit of writing reviews, but we were again totally impressed.
