After buying my car from Larry Hill Ford, I moved about 3 hours away for school. Recently, I was back in town for the holidays and only had a short time to get my car serviced for an oil change, tire rotatio hours away for school. Mr. Trentham came to me and decided to take my car back anyways. He was friendly and informative, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will recommend Mr. Trentham to my friends and family, and will be back. More
After our son was in a minor car accident we brought his 1997 Honda CRV to Larry Hill Service Center for an estimate on repairs. After about a week of not hearing from anyone, we called and they said that t 1997 Honda CRV to Larry Hill Service Center for an estimate on repairs. After about a week of not hearing from anyone, we called and they said that there were too many repairs needed to fix it because they said that the frame was bent. So my husband asked if they could offer us any kind of trade in value for it. They said they would call back that day. After waiting almost 2 weeks for a call, we went down to speak with them. We spoke with Byron Snyder and Paul Garasimchuk. Byron asked Paul to go look at the car and the list of repairs. When he returned he said that the car could definitely be fixed. We asked about the bent frame and he said the frame was not bent at all. We asked how much it was going to cost he said between $1000 and $1200. I then specifically asked him if that was for everything it needed inside and out to get it repaired. He said yes. I asked again, “everything?” He said yes. 2 to 3 weeks later we receive a phone call saying that our car would be finished in a day and the final cost would be $3200.00! We were shocked! But, most of the repairs had already been made so we figured we had no choice and my son needed his car so we said ok. When we went to pick up the car they told us the final bill was $4200!!!! There is NO WAY we would have agreed to repair that vehicle if we were told $4200 in the beginning. It is an old car. When my husband and son asked to talk to them about why such a high cost after we were told the initial price, they flat out lied and said they never said it was going to cost $1000.00 – 1200.00. My son who is 26 years old told me later that he was absolutely shocked at how a person could just lie like that. He said, “Mom, I had to keep my mouth shut because there was nothing nice I could say. I just never knew people could lie like that. I have never seen anything like it.” I would never recommend Larry Hill Ford to anyone! We use to take both our sons vehicles there every year for regular check-ups and maintenance on the vehicles. We use to think we could trust them, but now we just wonder how many times they have lied to us and taken advantage of us without our knowing. This is a very untrustworthy company. We do not recommend them and we would highly warn anyone against using them. More

Pulled in for an oil change. Joe took my truck immediately. My truck was complete and ready to go with 30 minutes. I also had three young children with me from another country. They speak no English, but all employees were very friendly and Joe went beyond just being friendly and provided 75 cents for them to purchase bubble gum out of a bubble gum machine. Thanks Joe! More

My name is Cindy Palmer, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Ford Fusion in November of 2012. My car had been starting every time ever since I bought it. The one day it didn't, I had already be pre-owned 2012 Ford Fusion in November of 2012. My car had been starting every time ever since I bought it. The one day it didn't, I had already been out in it once that day. I needed to make a quick trip to the store, and when I went to start it, all it did was click and dash lights flashed as it did. The next morning I called the service dept. they informed me to call the roadside service to have it towed in. I called the service department and talked with James Blevins to inform him the car was on its way there and the issue I was having. Later that day, I spoke with James, and he said I had a bad battery. He also ask if I had changed the battery because it was not a motorcraft battery and there were guidelines he had to follow under the warranty. I stated that I had not changed nor had any services performed by anyone other than their service department because it was still under the bumper to bumper warranty. He suggested I speak with the used car manager. I am terribly sorry I cannot recall his name. I explained the issue and he took some information from me and said he would check into it and get back with me. I finally called back several hours later to find out what the outcome of his investigation was. I was informed by him that it was not covered. I was a little upset due to the fact that I bought this certified (BY THIS FORD DEALERSHIP) pre-owned car under the assumption it was up to par. I called James and explained to him what I was told & that I wasn't happy. He was very understanding to my concerns. He explained to me the cost & installation services they offered. He also said he would speak to his service manager to see if he could meet me halfway on the cost. I explained that it was so late in the afternoon that I wouldn't be able to get anyone to help me get the car and that I would have to leave the car overnight. He said he would give me a call the next morning & let me know about the battery. The following morning I got his call and he said he was not able to meet halfway on the cost, but that they would replace it completely!!!!!! YEAH!!! I thoroughly thanked him. Happy customer. More
