SAAPC responded

Taft Butcher sent a private response and stated that he would like to discuss this review with us. He said he gave us the number to his "direct" line. Have tried calling his "direct" line twice. Left messages with the main secretary there at Larry Hill Ford in Cleveland TN. He still has not responded or returned our calls. No surprise. We have certainly come to expect this type of service from this company.

Update: We are specifically referring to "Larry Hill Imports" in this review. We have never met Larry Hill the man and have never purchased a car from the sales department. In addition, although we were very generous in giving the Imports a 4 in quality of work, we should have waited until we had the car a few days or that would have been a 1 also, because the car is leaking and not running properly. And although they told us to bring it back and they would fix it for free, well, we just don't trust them so we have not brought it back to them. Just not sure what to do at this point.
