Traveling south on vacation, when vehicle started making noises. Pulled into Larry Hill Imports around 7:30 at night. Mike Fulkerson contacted Clyde Sheets, service manager at Larry Hill Ford at home and ma noises. Pulled into Larry Hill Imports around 7:30 at night. He then proceeded to find a motel and arranged for a cab to take us there. Joe Trentham called at 8:00 the next morning. Told us what was wrong and that the parts were ordered for overnight shipping. Sent a shuttle to pick us up and arranged for a rental car. Following day at 1::00 in the afternoon, received a phone call saying vehicle was ready to pick up so we could continue on our trip. I took my wife's car in to have the battery replaced and redeem a coupon for a free inspection of the car. He then advised that the inspection revealed the front brake pads were thin (he provided a specific thickness) and quoted a reasonable price for the brake job (their quote to replace the battery was significantly less than a parts store and a major retailer's auto store). The work was completed within the specified timeframe (90 minutes) and the car was waiting for me after I paid the bill. Joe, the cashier and others were very friendly and professional and the dealership facility was very clean and welcoming. More
