I had my car for about a week and started hearing some very faint noise. I took it in just to have it checked out. James was very helpful and had his team check the car. Turns out the little problem I thought it was, was a lot bigger than I thought. The wheel bearing was going out. James informed me that my car was going to be covered under the warranty and it was all going to be taking of. They got us a nice rental car and even had Enterprise pick us up from the dealership. The best part is that none of it cost me a dime. They were amazing! Got my car today and it is running better than ever! More

I want say that from the very get go I found the sales person ( Mr. Dolberry) very friendly and he presented himself as someone who really cared about us as customers and not just another sale. He also was up front and honest and direct about the information I was looking for in buying my daughter her new car. When it came time to close the deal Mr. Fulkerson the manager talked to us and was very professional and courteous in helping us as people and not just another sale and reassured us that we were appreciated for our doing business with them. So I will be not only telling family and friends about buying and doing business here but will also be doing my business here when it comes time to buying another vehicle. I brought my F-250 to Larry Hill for routine maintenance and thought Joe Trentham did an outstanding job as my service consultant. He was very professional and friendly and went out of his way to make sure and thought Joe Trentham did an outstanding job as my service consultant.
