I didn't feel pressured to rush into a decision, and the service team was very understanding about my financial limitations. Once we agreed on the best solution for fixing my truck, it was done promptly, and the drop off/pick up service kept me from missing a whole day of work. More

Joe went above and beyond the call of duty I arrive at 7:30 am. And explained to joe I had an appointment 40 miles away at 8:30 am and would it be posable to be out by 8:00am. I purchased my Ford Focus from another dealer and I was updating the sync and it crashed. I was working up around the dealership and thought I would stop in and have them look at it or see if it were a eas updating the sync and it crashed. I had just got off work and walked in to the service center the man at the desk did not make eye contact when he asked what I needed. The whole time I explained to him what was wrong with my car he never looked up. When I ask him if he could check my warranty information he seem like he was mad and did not want to do it and then he started asking other people if they would do it. I can not remember the guys name it has been a while since this occurred. The thing that really got me was when I was leaving he says in this nice voice maybe you will set set up a appointment to let us service your vehicle. It has been 8 months and I still remember that day from the bad service. I tried to contact Larry Hill and I even left a call back number and he would not return the call and I made three attempts to contact him and got nothing. More
I gave Larry Hill Imports 5 stars across the board because they are expeditious and provide value. Eric told me that my car would be done by 11am (as I mentioned I had somewhere to go later that day) because they are expeditious and provide value. I was having routine maintenance done and there prices were great compared to other non dealer network shops I have been to in the past. I didn't even know they could do maintenance at the bottom of the hill until my last visit. Thanks Eric. More

I brought my Ford Mustang in for service because of a leak in the rear axle. Joe was very personable and very helpful. The service was covered under warranty and I was able to get a rental quickly.
