Every visit I am greeted with a pleasent hello and welcome that would put anyone at ease. Larry Hill Ford has a shuttle service that I personally take advantage of every visit. But the great thing about the shuttle service is the chauffeur. Mr. Jerry Johnson is definetly a jewel of an employee for Larry Hill Ford. Mr. Johnson is always pleasent and cordial. He is always willing to go above and beyond to accomidate any need I may have. Today I felt he went above and beyond to assist. I was on my way out of town and Joe took "ownership" of my vehicle to make sure I was taken care of before leaving on a trip. bad wate rpump @ 6501 miles on 2012 Transit Connect Had service due to coolant leaking and radiator hose being cut by laying on motor pulley. Vehicle is a 2014 XLT Ford Transit Connect with 6501 miles. Had service due to coolant leaking and radiator hose being cut by laying on motor pulley. Vehicle is a 2014 XLT Ford Transit Connect with 6501 miles. Replacement water pump not on site had to spend out for it and the radiator hose not on site had to be sent form Memphis, Tn. Larry Hill Ford provided a ride home in a 2007 Ford Windstar driven by Mr. Jerry Johnson. Mr. Johnson was professional and friendly. Mr. Johnson also provided transportation to Larry Hill Ford when my vehicle was ready. Mr. Johnson was a excellent driver, following all road safety and speed requirements. Mr. Johnson was an experience, loyal, and professional employee and an excellent representative of the dealer ship. More

It was exceptional. For over two weeks I had been hearing a humming noise in the front end of my 2013 Ford Escape and knew something was wrong. When I was able to free up some time in my schedule and get to the service department yesterday afternoon, Joe Trentham asked if I would leave the vehicle so he could check it out and get it repaired. I said sure and asked for a ride home. While waiting for that ride, a technician, Shane, came to the wait room and asked me a couple of pointed questions about the way the vehicle was acting and then asked if he could take it for a test drive. I said sure and off he went. He came back rather quickly and told me the problem and that the part was in stock! He could start on it immediately and have me out the door in an hour. Sure enough, that's what transpired. I just don't know of any other service department where technicians will take hold of a situation and resolve it in such an expeditious manner. My time is precious to me. Shane made it possible to get the problem resolved quickly and kept me from being without my vehicle overnight and part of the next day. Additionally, Joe was particularly helpful in getting the ball rolling. I highly recommend Larry Hill Ford/Imports Service Department, Joe Trentham, and especially Shane, the Technician. More
