Excellent service by service department I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the service department at Larry Hill Ford, particularly to Jerry Johnson. I brought my F150 in this morning to have I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the service department at Larry Hill Ford, particularly to Jerry Johnson. I brought my F150 in this morning to have the altenator tested for possible replacement, along with just an overall check-up of the vehicle. I arrived just before you opened, and there was already several customers in line. When the doors opened, Jerry greeted me with professionalism. After telling him what I wanted, he showed me to the waiting room. Jerry came in every few minutes to update me on where the technicians were on the vehicle. Jerry encouraged my wife and I to walk around the lot. I'm currently in the market for a second vehicle, and since I'm a die hard Ford guy, it was a great opportunity to take a look around. Jerry was the consummate professional in every way, and I'm grateful to him for his assistance and attitude. I would also like to express appreciation for James Blevins, James explained everything in detail that needed to be done to my vehicle. Not one bolt was turned before James spoke with me and asked me what I wanted. Every charge was explained, and I was notified of the cost before anything was done. Both of these gentlemen were not only professional but sincere. Even though the service department was crowded with customers, both Jerry and James made me feel like I was the only one there. To me, that speaks volumes. I've dealt with other service departments at other dealerships, but I want to say that this group of gentlemen is hands down the best I've encountered. Friendliest oil change in town! I went in for my scheduled oil change and as always I was greeted by Joe and the other guys. Also, their new waiting area is great and actually comfortable enough to make the wait seem not as bad :). This is definitely the nicest people and environment I have ever had my vehicles worked on. Above the call of duty I was in last week for a recall service. Jerry Johnson and Shane Cloer stayed late to take care of me before they went home. Additionally, my son has purchased two new pickups and my daughter has bought a car from the used car lot which both my children are happy with their purchases and tell their friends to shop at Larry Hill Ford. Chuck Feero could not have done any more for me because it was not possible. He gave me a high seat to sit in because I cannot get up from a regular seat. Also, he offered me coffee and a drink of water. He is truly a wonderful individual ! His level of careing is unheard of in this day and age.
