Prior disappointment overcome by last service I have two Ford products that have been serviced by Larry Hill Ford. One I purchased there and one I purchased elsewhere. On two prior trips I was ve I have two Ford products that have been serviced by Larry Hill Ford. One I purchased there and one I purchased elsewhere. On two prior trips I was very disappointed with the service. I was very leary of taking any car of mine to have them work on it. So when I did take one in (one last chance) I explained my prior poor experiences to James Blevins and he assured me he would do all he could to prevent me from having another bad experience. He was true to his word. He kept me informed of the progress on my car, called with an estimate that was spot on correct for the work. The car was ready when it was promised and James advised me to keep the paperwork incase this known issue (has a TSB) turned into a recall. Because of James I will continue to use the service department. More
