Patrick Googer, Service Advisor I am writing this review to give recognition to Patrick Googer. On November 17, 2014, I brought my 2012 Ford Fiesta to have warranty work repair. Pa I am writing this review to give recognition to Patrick Googer. On November 17, 2014, I brought my 2012 Ford Fiesta to have warranty work repair. Patrick was the Service Advisor who prepared the work invoice and scheduled me for a return once the parts arrived. Prior to my return, I phoned Patrick to confirm parts had been delivered. Patrick was most professional. He acknowledge by name and make of car. On the next day, I had the pleasure to meet with Patrick again. Patrick is a true "professional" in that he is polite and very efficient. One can tell he treats the customer with sincerity and respect. Patrick should be commended in front of his peers. He has certainly earned a "WELL DONE" in the highest tradition. He is certainly a valuable asset to the Larry Hill Dealership. More

My husband bought a Ford thunderbird convertable. I take my fusion there for an oil change and my husband came home with a car. Mike Lynn was very friendly and answered every question we had.
