Charges I had never been charged Sales Tax on labor before . The bill had sales tax charges on the entire 400.00 bill when parts were only 143.00 . In the past I have only been charged sales tax on the parts never labor . I said something but got no where ???????I trade cars fairly often and have been looking at the new mustangs but I would not trust this dealership now . They did offer me a ride back to my home being that no one could pick me up which was nice and the service dept. guys were friendly . So far my car seems fixed we will see More

unhappy with service center, four of us tried to get somethi When I first bought my Altama it was used 2009 but in great shape and clean. Every time I put the brakes on it squealed and I took it back, they claim When I first bought my Altama it was used 2009 but in great shape and clean. Every time I put the brakes on it squealed and I took it back, they claimed moister in the brakes. Moister everyday and sometimes it got quieter, but never went away. I took my car back 5 times in 3 months due to " low tire" light on. They would check it out in the service center and say it's ok now and turn the light off. Two weeks later I was back, same problem. I would also remind them of the brake problem, they would never check it out for me, still had the same comment, moister.......I wrecked my car trying to stop quickly when I came upon a stalled car, on a bad curve in the pitch black dark, trying to stop suddenly at 30/35 mph. My brakes squealed then and I don't feel totally stopped me like it should. It was our and fault, but I do blame Larry Hill Ford Service Center for not checking out my brakes like I kept asking them too when I kept taking it in so many times with the Squilling brakes and tire problems. This was right after I bought it for over $18,000 ......never again going to Larry Hill. They did not do me right at all. A friend help me get the car and she too call them and complained to them. So now I'm out of a nice car. I made payments for 9 months of $375, then got the Apr down (per my friend, she had it in her name) my new payment went to $227, I paid that for about 4 months, then took out my pension from my job and paid $14,000 cash, to pay it off because I wanted it out of her name and into mine. I was hoping this would help with my credit as well if the bank knew I was paying on it but it didn't. I got the car put in my name in October 2014, and November 18, totalled it by hitting that car because we couldn't stop fast enough on a dry road. So I was given $8500, minus $1000 insurance deductible, because in Tennessee you're only allow 8500 miles a year. A 2009 car that looks immaculate and due to 106,000 miles on it I got a fair blue book rating for too high mileage. So I have to find something really cheap and hopefully dependable. More
