After the vehicle was checked by service it was determined that extensive electrical work was needed. Chris facilitated the process working closely with the dealer in Ohio to insure a favorable outcome for me. Wonderful! I had to have a warranty issue addressed today and my truck was going to take longer than expected. So Patrick Googer offered for Jerry Johnson to drive me home. When he arrived to pick me up we were 2 minutes down the road and my alarm company called to say that my house alarm was sounding. Jerry not only turned around but walked around my home to make sure all was okay. (it was) He was so thoughtful. I arrived home later only to have a phone message from Jerry making sure I was safely inside and no problems. I am incredibly impressed with the kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism I have received from Larry Hill. From purchasing my truck last summer to the front door step service today.
