highway problems solved ON APRIL 11,2015 I EXPERIANCED TROUBLE WITH THW WINDOW ON THE DRIVERS DOOR. THE WINDOW WAS DOWN AND WOULD NOT GO UP. I DROVE INTO LARRY HILL FORD NOT EXPECTING TOO MUCH SERVICE BEING SATURDAY. PATRICK GOOGER THE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH MY PROBLEM. HE TOOK THE VEHICAL RIGHT IN AND HAD A SERVICE TECH WORK ON IT IMMEDIATELY. THEY ALSO KEPT ME ADVICED TO WHAT REPAIRS WERE NEEDED. BROKEN WIRES WERE REPAIRED WITHIN THREE HOURS OF MY ARRIVAL. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE FINE SERVICE AND FRIENDY ATMOSPHERE OF THIS BUSINESS. More

Service Experience (Patrick Googer & Jerry Johnson) This was my first experience dealing with Larry Hill Ford. I brought my F150 in to address some issues including the separator plate on the transmiss This was my first experience dealing with Larry Hill Ford. I brought my F150 in to address some issues including the separator plate on the transmission. From the initial phone call setting up the appointment to the day I picked up my vehicle, Patrick Googer displayed superior customer service by making sure that I stayed up to date and that the job was completed in a timely manner. On the day I dropped off my vehicle, Jerry Johnson provided a courtesy ride to bring me back to my place of employment. Jerry was very courteous, and when dropping me off, he confirmed my phone number in case the service department needed to reach me. Jerry also made sure that I had transportation arrangements before I exited the vehicle. I am very appreciative of how fast my vehicle was serviced and how these two gentlemen made sure that the end result was a satisfied customer. Because of this, I will be looking to Larry Hill Ford for my future needs. More

Jerry Johnson the service Dept Associate my husband and I took our 2011 to get it serviced on May 12,20115. We also wanted the air system checked out. It wasn't cooling like it should. Ever my husband and I took our 2011 to get it serviced on May 12,20115. We also wanted the air system checked out. It wasn't cooling like it should. Everyone there was very nice to us. Since they thought it might be a good while before the Air could be ready with coolet . We were asked if we wanted to be dropped off somewhere. We said yes, since I am on the heart transplant list at Vanderbilt, Nashville , Tn. I am living off a LVAD heart pump , which runs off battery when I am not at home. My husband explaned to service man how important it was to get the car ready soon as possible. Jerry Johnson was the one to take us to where we wanted to go. He had two other people to take and drop off at different places before us. After he dropped those people off . He told us he had gotten the call our car was ready. He was so nice and friendly we enjoyed our ride with him. We talked to him and learned some about him. and he about us. We really did enjoy it. He treated us like a friend instead of a number. More companies should have more people like Mr Johnson. But really all of the people at Larry Hill was very helpful and friendly. Mr Johnson just stood out he was so nice.
