Transmission issue Started having transmission issues in 2014 with my 2012 F150 bought brand new at Larry Hill Ford. I kept being told there was nothing wrong, took it it to another Ford dealership this year who pulled up the issue on the 2012 F150 from 2013 and had it fixed within days under warranty. More

Thank you Larry Hill Ford We were traveling through Cleveland, TN on the interstate when we had a tire start going flat on the way to a funeral in Knoxville, TN. We ended up h We were traveling through Cleveland, TN on the interstate when we had a tire start going flat on the way to a funeral in Knoxville, TN. We ended up having to be towed to Larry Hill Ford. I was unable to accompany my husband to the dealership because I am handicapped and could not climb into the cab of the rollback. I called ahead to the dealership and was greeted by the sweetest man--Mr. Jerry Johnson. From the moment I spoke to him, he genuinely cared about what we were going through. He put the Service guy--Chris on the phone with me and let me explain the situation. In a town where we knew no one, we immediately felt at ease. Mr. Jerry Johnson came to pick me up in the courtesy van. We were devastated to find out not only were we going to miss my uncles funeral, but were stranded till a replacement tire could be obtained. Mr. Johnson went above and beyond trying to make a bad situation better. Chris was informative in letting us know our options. We very much appreciate Larry Hill Ford and Chris, and especially Jerry! We even got a chance to meet Mr. Clyde Sheets, Parts and Service Director. When we picked up our son car that evening Mr. Joe Trenthan had left for the day. After looking over the Vehicle Report Card, we notice that our son needed tires for his car. So, I began to ask Mr. Clyde Sheets questions regarding tires. He give us a lot of great information about tires. He immediately came outside and looked at the tires on the car, and wrote down the tire size. He told us that he would have Mr. Joe Trenthan check into some tires for us, and have him call us first thing in the morning. Well, Mr. Joe Trenthan phoned early that next day with tire prices and other information that would assist us in making a business decision. Wow, what a Team of integrity and commitment!!! oil change and replace air bags I got two letters telling me to have my air bags replaced. The first one said to wait till I got the second one and then make an appointment. I did ju I got two letters telling me to have my air bags replaced. The first one said to wait till I got the second one and then make an appointment. I did just that. I went in and waited and waited and finally they came out and said they did not have my part. I came back for my free oil change two weeks later and guess what they fixed my air bags and changed my oil. Joe was great I just wished when I called the first time they told me they had to order the part I needed. More
