Service I have owned my Ford for exactly one year now, and this was the first time it's needed service. I contacted the service dept. via e-mail, and a servi I have owned my Ford for exactly one year now, and this was the first time it's needed service. I contacted the service dept. via e-mail, and a service technician called me to schedule. We had my appointment all set up, but when I took my car in, there was a problem finding my appointment. I was mortified! But Mr. Jerry Johnson went ahead and took my car back and assured me he would make it work. They later found my appointment, but Mr. Johnson had already eased my concerns and made me feel like a VIP. I now regard Mr. Johnson as important as my hair dresser, and hope he never retires. He is my personal Service Department Associate from now on! Give that man a raise! More
