Best Service EVER We had broken down on our way home from Disney heading back to Michigan on New Years weekend and broke down. Got the job done I brought my used 2014 Taurus from Larry Hill Ford in February 2015. I had no indicators that I had a low battery until 3 days ago. All the lights wo I brought my used 2014 Taurus from Larry Hill Ford in February 2015. I had no indicators that I had a low battery until 3 days ago. All the lights worked and when I tried to start the car, It kept clicking trying to turn over, then a message displayed for a few seconds that indicated there was something wrong with the brakes (which seemed to be fine). I called the service department and described the problem. I talked with Jerry who thought it was the battery. I left my car right before they closed. The next day they were able to recreate the problem. It was the battery.and were very fair with the cost. More
