When I was greeted by Jerry he assured me that he would walk with me through the complete process. On a regular basis Mr. Johnson would call me and explain each step that I needed to take. He made my experience at Larry Hill Ford a very positive one. I would highly recommend when taking you vehicle to have it serviced at Larry Hill Ford that you ask for Jerry Johnson. Zero Customer Service I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion in September of 2015 and was recently emailed with a reminder to bring my car in for a service appointment. I called th I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion in September of 2015 and was recently emailed with a reminder to bring my car in for a service appointment. I called the service department in an attempt to set up an appointment and discovered that the service center was going to be just as awful as the sales department. I have tried to forget how much of a hassle my experience had been when I purchased the car. Everyone I dealt with seemed to have no respect for me or my time. Apparently the service department operates in the same way. When I called, I was asked when I bought the car and was told I should bring it in for service every 3 months or 5,000 miles; however the vehicle health report from my car suggested every 10,000 miles. When I received the email a few days ago with a reminder for the service appointment, I realized that my car is close to 10,000 miles so the timing makes sense. When I informed the service representative of this he laughed and said I definitely needed to come for an oil change soon. So I asked when was the next available time, and was informed that I could set up an appointment, but it's on a first come first serve basis so even if I have an appointment that's not necessarily when my car would be worked on. I was surprised to hear that was how service was handled, and responded, "Ok, thank you." The service representative's reply was to hang up. No "You're welcome," or "Have a good day," just a click. Unfortunately, I do not know every employee's name with whom I dealt or I would list them all in this review. Thank you, Larry Hill Ford, for exemplifying what it means to have zero customer service. The entire dealership has made it very easy for me to decide I will never purchase another car there. I'm positive my family and friends feel the same way after hearing about my experiences. More
