Friendly Fast & Great Service After another area Ford dealer said that the couldn't guarantee that they could complete the oil change the same day on my 2013 F150 with leaving it w After another area Ford dealer said that the couldn't guarantee that they could complete the oil change the same day on my 2013 F150 with leaving it with them at 7:30AM. I then told myself that dealer has more customers than they can handle and to look for another dealer. I called Larry Hill Ford and talked to Jerry Johnson and in short told me that he would take care of me. I arrived the next morning at 7:30 and was on my way at 8:30. I have never been treated so nice by any service department person and this would cover 40 years, Jerry treated me as family plus he was very happy that I was there even shaking my hand a couple of times. Larry Hill you have a great service rep in Jerry Johnson. He is a great asset to your business. To say Mr. Trentham is a valuable employee is an absolute understatement. Mr. Trentham treated us so kindly, I almost felt like a family member. He informed us of the process, explained the problems and guided us in making an educated decision as to how to proceed. I had complete trust in him and knew we were in great hands. Screw removal and tire patch on New F150 I just purchased an used F150 and notice a screw in one of the back tires. I had only had the truck a few days, and was not sure if it was there or j I just purchased an used F150 and notice a screw in one of the back tires. I had only had the truck a few days, and was not sure if it was there or just my luck. I had to go back to drop off my extra set of keys from my trade and asked if they would take a look at it. Not only did they fix it free of charge, but had it repaired before I was done dropping off my old keys. That's excellent service....you don't see that much anymore. Thanks again More
