In the safety check they found the rear brake pads almost down to metal. They also checked to see if any recalls were for our Fusion and handled it. They had to order some parts to complete the A/C repair. They called us the next morning to let us know that the parts had been delivered before we made the 23 mile trip to have the work completed. Larry Hill Ford is the only place any work has been done on our 2010 Fusion. We have put over 125,000 miles on it. It still averages over 33.5 mpg in our day to day driving.
