A specific representative, Jerry Johnson, is an excellent choice for the customer's first impression when requesting vehicle service. His friendly greeting and assertive attention to a customer's needs exceed expectations. Please note that I have the choice to take my vehicles to a Ford service center that is less than 2 minutes from my work. However, based on past experiences and disappointment with that service center, I choose to take my vehicles to LHF because of people like Jerry Johnson and the service department as a whole! Service of my Ford Fusion and Chrysler Town and Country When I walked in the door, Jerry Johnson met me with a smile and a warm welcome. He asked me what I needed and I told him I needed service on my Ford Fusion which I purchased from Larry Hill shortly before. It was time for an oil change and I want to keep my lifetime warranty current. Jerry went beyond my expectations in providing excellent service. When one of the technicians missed a back tail light that wasn't working on his inspection, Jerry made sure it was done right and sent it back to get fixed at no charge, then apologized for the mistake. This is what I consider to be integrity at the heart. Thank you Jerry for your excellent service today. I brought back my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country which I purchased elsewhere for service this same day. Jerry provided the excellent service again to this vehicle. Above & Beyond I took my Ford F-150 in for service and was taken care of by Mr. Jerry Johnson. After my service was complete I was told I had some issues that needed I took my Ford F-150 in for service and was taken care of by Mr. Jerry Johnson. After my service was complete I was told I had some issues that needed to be addressed under the hood. After going over the items it was a cost of $1,200.00 extra to fix these issues. Mr. Johnson immediately started trying to find answers for me. He ask if I had ever bought an extended warranty for my truck. After thinking for a minute, I responded yes. He immediately went to the computer and started exploring. Turns out I only paid my deductable and the rest was covered by my warranty. Mr. Johnson definitely went above and beyond to meet my need. He is truly an asset to the Larry Hill family. I would strongly refer Larry Hill and Mr. Johnson for any service need you have. More
