10K service and TSB repair dealer service department is a great place to go for routine service and warranty work. I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, and unli dealer service department is a great place to go for routine service and warranty work. I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, and unlike my local dealers (Chattanooga area), they do not appear to show preferential treatment to those who did. Car needed a repair that could not be done on the same day, so leaving the car there would have been a problem had alternate transportation not been provided, The repair was completed in the time frame promised (faster actually). I have used Larry Hill Ford for previous routine service and repairs and continue to be impressed with how they treat their service customers, and plan to continue to do so. More

Disappointed Bought a 2014 Nissan Murano only to have had to take it back twice to be worked on and to learn that there was no warranty with the car .I have had th Bought a 2014 Nissan Murano only to have had to take it back twice to be worked on and to learn that there was no warranty with the car .I have had the car less than 3 months and the computer screen stopped displaying then was told it would be $1000.00 to get it fixed. Really. Do you not stand behind your car's. The whole reason I bought the car was to have something I would not have to spend money on.didn't turn out to be that way. Most of the little used car lots in town will at least give you a 3 month 3,600 mile warranty. But apparently I got nothing except the limited lifetime power train which won't help me at all. Excellent customer service thus far I visited this dealership wanting to trade in my car for a F150. I was promptly helped by a very informative man named Mike. I will continue to work with him during my search for a truck.. After finding out from Mike that my 2013 Fusion had 4 recalls, I scheduled my car to be repaired the following day. While out shopping across town at 1805 my passenger side door refused to latch. I called the service department and spoke to Jerry. Even though the service department was closed, he stayed over after hours and waited on me to arrive. He promptly put me in a loaner car until my vehicle could be repaired. The very next day after getting my car back, another recall hit my vehicle. This time Jerry set me up with an enterprise rental car until my vehicle could be repaired again. He went above and beyond both occasions to make sure that I was taken care of. It's people like Jerry and Mike that keep Larry Hill Ford in business. I recommend this dealership to friends/family and will definitely visit for my next vehicle purchase. More
