Service was fast and they kept me informed on the progress. I had a break down and the Ford roadside service was stellar. They took my truck to a dealer in Chattanooga and they said it would be two weeks until I had a break down and the Ford roadside service was stellar. I called Eddie Ackerman and he sent a wrecker to get my truck and take it to Cleveland Ford which is where I purchased it. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my truck under warranty. They contacted me several times to keep me updated on the progress and where we stood in the process. I would definitely use them again to purchase a vehicle and have my warranty work performed. Service Visit I went in for regularly scheduled service - oil change, air filters, and I thought, at 30,000 miles, substantial fluid replacement. However, the tech I went in for regularly scheduled service - oil change, air filters, and I thought, at 30,000 miles, substantial fluid replacement. However, the technician told me that the fluid replacement was not due until I reached 60,000 miles. His recommendation not to do the unnecessary service saved me a lot of money. It would've been easy for him to do the fluid replacement and make money off me, but he didn't; he did the right thing, for which I am grateful and would thus recommend this dealership's service department. More
