Excellent interaction with service department I recently purchased a used truck at a different dealer. The code for the door keypad was not included with the truck. I went to Larry Hill in Cleve I recently purchased a used truck at a different dealer. The code for the door keypad was not included with the truck. I went to Larry Hill in Cleveland to get them to hookup their equipment and determine what the code was. They indicated it would be a charge since I purchased the truck elsewhere. I said ok. It only took them 10-15 minutes to determine the code. When they were done, they said there would be no charge. I was surprised since I expected to pay and had agreed to. This is my first opportunity to use them and I was impressed with the people and the service. More

Service We have a 2016 Explorer that is a company car that was delivered to us from Illinois. The car had a broken mirror and tailgate. Excellent Service Ron was great. He got me an appointment and repaired my broken water pump in half the expected time. He also did a VIN Search and find my drivers air Ron was great. They fixed my brake light so quickly! Larry Hill Ford & Imports fixed the brake light on my vehicle so quickly! I met Jerry Johnson who went back to see if they had my bulb in stock, and w Larry Hill Ford & Imports fixed the brake light on my vehicle so quickly!
