Out of state recall repair I live out of state. My mustang is here in TN with family. There was a recall that needed to be addressed. Although I had no prior relationship with L I live out of state. Although I had no prior relationship with Larry Hill Ford, or Jerry Johnson, the service agent that helped me, that did not stop them from giving me top notch service. I spoke with Jerry several times on the phone while planning my trip to TN. I was only going to be in town for a few days. Jerry got all the paperwork started and sent me everything I needed get this repair done on time... Which it was... In fact, my car was ready earlier than expected! First and foremost, Jerry is courteous and knowledgable. That was obvious from our first conversation. Also, he a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Jerry! Your help was very much appreciated! The service of an oil change and tire rotation was excellent. Kudos to the service team for taking care of my suv. I was advised that additional work was needed due to my vehicle having over 104,000. The price quoted was higher than I was willing to pay for new brakes, radiator flush and plugs. Compared to other service centers, the price range is too expensive for someone on a budge. I would suggest rethinking the repair cost and make the service more comparable with other service centers in the area in order to bring in more business. More
